How SaaS Network collects, uses, and retains personal data when you enquire about or attend training.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
- Enquiry content (markets, timeframes, lesson interest, message text)
- Booking and payment administration details when you take a place
- Limited technical data such as IP address and browser type when required for security and, if you consent, analytics cookies described on /cookies/
We do not ask for passport numbers, full payment card details via the website form, or special category data as part of a standard enquiry.
Purposes and lawful bases
- Responding to enquiries — legitimate interests in operating a training practice, or steps prior to a contract
- Delivering booked lessons and sending session logistics — performance of a contract
- Invoicing and accounting — legal obligation
- Optional analytics cookies — consent
Retention
Enquiry messages without a booking are typically retained up to 18 months. Booking records and invoices are retained for six years to meet UK accounting needs. Analytics data follows the cookie lifetimes listed on /cookies/.
Sharing
We use processors for email, accounting, and (if enabled) analytics. They may only process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
