The agreement that governs use of saasnetwork.digital and bookings with SaaS Network.
1. Acceptance
By browsing this website or booking a lesson with SaaS Network you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a booking enquiry.
2. Who we are

3. Training nature
Lessons are educational. They do not constitute investment advice, an invitation to deal in securities, or a personal recommendation under UK financial promotion rules. You remain solely responsible for trading decisions and capital at risk. Past chart examples do not predict future results.
4. Bookings and fees
Public fees on /pricing/ are informational. A binding booking arises when we confirm a place in writing and you pay the stated deposit or invoice. Seat numbers are limited; confirmation is not guaranteed by submitting the contact form alone.
5. Intellectual property
Worksheets, curriculum outlines, slide materials, and website copy remain the property of SaaS Network. You may keep personal notes and annotated copies of your own charts. You may not redistribute course materials commercially or record sessions without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping at abusive rates, or submitting fraudulent enquiries). We may refuse service where conduct disrupts other participants.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, SaaS Network is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential loss, or decisions made after attending training. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Our aggregate liability for a booking is limited to fees paid for that booking.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply if you qualify as a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use; active bookings remain under the terms shared at confirmation unless a change is required by law.
